Havok4 bug fixes starting with proTEC

In case any of you are wondering, yes, we're perfectly aware that Havok 4 has us gripping our ankles. We're going to be working feverishly on fixes in the coming few weeks, and we appreciate your patience greatly. Please keep in mind that a) These are not product bugs, they're bugs caused by Second Life, b) Some of these bugs may clear themselves up on the server side, and c) We won't always be able to completely repair things if they don't.
