We’ve started putting information on this site about a new commission tier called the Franchise Program. The Franchise Program is designed for larger venues and those willing to make a serious investment in selling aubreTEC products.
And by serious investment, I mean $25,000L.
Holy shit; $25,000L?!?
Yeah.
We have a 20% commission program freely available to anybody who wants to set up in a mall, or in their home, or in a small shop. They get a decent pick of vendors and can set up a reasonably successful shop with that program.
The Franchise Program, on the other hand, is designed for a wholly different business model, and requires time — and money — from us to support. Franchise members get all products (current and future) free, for instance, so that they can demo products in their shops. They get the highest available commission of any tier and support to set up their location. We can’t afford to simply give away products, or to invest that kind of effort for everybody with an interest in selling aubreTEC products; we have lots of affiliates (and we’re grateful for every one of them), and if we did that for everybody, we’d never get anything else done, such as create new products or provide customer support. The investment is a way for us to focus on those interested in making a serious investment in selling our products, and is an amount that a) is more than the sum of the products you’ll receive for free, and b) is easy to earn back several times over with a little bit of effort (and with our assistance).
If you can’t afford the $25,000L, don’t worry about it; 20% commission is a competitive amount, and we’ll continue to support our affiliates just as we always have. We love you guys.

I bought into the franchise idea because I am a serious seller and supporter, but it seems that I have yet to receive serious support in return from Aubretec Labs. I’ve requested a help desk at my location multiple times and have yet to see any feedback. I feel kind of swindled, but its just 25K right…

It’s not our support guy’s fault; I’ve been traveling and haven’t been able to log in. Please send a group invitation and the exact spot you want the supporter desk to me via IM and I’ll try to get in from a coffee shop or something and get it set up for you.
