The Scarab Grenade System offers a wide selection of powerful grenades for any tactical situation. With six different grenade types, Scarabs are just the thing you need to fill the strategic need for area-wide attacks.

The intuitive throwing system allows you, with very little practice, to accurately toss each grenade exactly where you want it to hit. Each throw is adjusted with the way you click your mouse; no odd fiddling about with HUDs or menus.

Intimidating special effects and powerful, shield-through attacks ensure that your Scarab grenades present a formidable presence on any battlefield.

GRENADE PAYLOADS

1. Fragmentation - Fragmentation grenades push all avatars in range. In damage areas, this grenade will also kill avatars in range. The effect is instantaneous; no lasting effects remain.

2. Concussion - Concussion grenades push all avatars in range and trap them. The traps are invisible. To release a single victim from a trap, click that victim. To end all traps, use the "Cancel" command. Traps will automatically end themselves if you leave the region.

3. Smoke - Smoke grenades create a thick smoke effect that lasts approximately one minute.

4. aubreTOX - These grenades issue thin green smoke and do a continual damage to any avatars in a 36m radius. The grenades last approximately one minute.

5. Incendiary - Incendiary grenades erupt into flames. These flames do continual damage to avatars that get too close; if the avatar touches the flame, flames will spread to them. The flames from the incendiary grenades will spread over time; each group of flames lasts approximately one minute.

6. Anti-Grav - Anti-Grav grenades will cause everybody in range to float upwards; this function does NOT need push to be enabled. To release a single victim from the anti-grav field, click them. To end the effect entirely, click the grenade or use the "Cancel" option in the Scarab menu.

THROWING SYSTEM

Your throwing power increases the longer you hold the click (up to a certain extent).

When you click down in mouselook, you'll hear the pin pulled from the grenade. Release when ready. A quick release will result in the grenade landing near you; a long hold will result in it traveling a greater distance.

Once you get the hang of this, you'll be able to pitch each grenade and hit your intended area with relative accuracy.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

1. Right and left versions keep your gun hand free - or wear both at one time for maximum destruction.
2. Latching option causes grenades to stick to physical objects they hit.
3. Adjustable fuse timer
4. In-hand (optional) grenade attachment makes for realistic throwing
